This agile-scrum-pm application provides exciting and challenging educational-entertainment activities for a wide range of audiences from business professionals to students. This is a unique audio-visual experience therefore you should activate the sound-volume feature of the device in order to maximize an unparalleled, interactive, and intense learning experience with the activities.

The objective of this scrum-pm application is to entertain the player with random quizzes, multiple-choice options, and topic discussions. Each session consists of 50 randomly selected quizzes, which introduce iterative agile scrum and linear waterfall methodologies and their supporting concepts, definitions, terminologies, and processes.

Quizzes and topic discussions presented include an appreciable amount of scrum and waterfall concepts, while presenting a fun-filled, intellectual, and challenging way to learn the most up to date concepts and artifacts defined in current subject matter documents. This project management activity includes a multitude of challenging, intellectual quizzes covering all ten (10) project management knowledge areas, randomly presented at the touch of a button. The activities cover Cost Management, Communication Management, Integration Management, Procurement Management, Quality Management, Risk Management, Scope Management, Staff (HR) Management, Stakeholder Management, and Time Management for agile scrum and linear waterfall.

The [PLAY GAME] button is located at the bottom of the Splash screen. On touching the button, the game scene opens with several buttons including the [START GAME] button at the bottom of the page. Touch the [START GAME] button and the first of a 50 random quizzes is presented. Subsequent questions are presented automatically as you interact with the application. Touch the [DISCUSS TOPIC] button to review a brief discussion of the topic. Read each question and touch an answer button [A], [B], [C] or [D] in response to the question. Submit your answer by touching the [ACCEPT] button. The application automatically checks your response and updates your score. You may also choose to skip any question presented by touching the [PASS] button. Your score will not affected by a pass.

To obtain full learning benefit from each activity session, you should respond to all fifty (50) questions. The session ends after fifty questions are answered. At the end of the session, you are encouraged to touch the [QUIT GAME] button to return to the Splash scene. From there, you can touch the [START GAME] button for another session of Agile Scrum project management quizzes. Besides receiving notice of the current score on-screen during the game, you can also preview the accumulating score by touching the [SCORE BOARD] button, at any time.

At the end of the session, you may touch [QUIT GAME] to exit the game and start a new session.
